Could exams be as stressful as bear attacks?

What’s more stressful, end-of-year university exams or a bear attack? Common sense would suggest the latter, but one educational expert has said some students find exams so nerve-racking that the stress response triggered in a test setting is similar to the effect of a bear about to maul them.

The university system has it completely wrong on how to test students. One huge exam on the whole term or semesters material is by far the worst way to examine students on their knowledge.
After going to endeavour college, I really seriously think the big universities could learn something from these guys. I still remember more doing ONE subject there, than my 2 years at university so far. Why? Because they take the stress out of exams and differ on how they test the knowledge of their students.
