UTAS awards inaugural Asylum Seeker Scholarships to three worthy recipients

The University of Tasmania has awarded three scholarships to asylum seekers to, in part, bridge the gap between Australia's island state and the rest of the world. The inaugural recipients of the Tasmanian Asylum Seeker Scholarship are from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Kuwait.
