Early double dissolution election perfect timing for UNSW startup pollsters

Earlier today, the Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull announced that parliament would be recalled on 18 April 2016 for an early Budget on 3 May 2016, clearing the path for a double dissolution election on 2 July 2016, should the senate not pass the Australian Building and Construction Commission and Registered Organisations Bill (ABBC).
