  1. So if VET teachers should have a Degree in VET teaching, does it also mean that University teachers should have a degree in University teaching? Or is it sufficient to have a higher qualification than the one you are teaching, as in a university setting?

  2. Thanks Erica, this has enlightened me in this area. I have the opposite issue though. Our VET programs are taught by academics with Degrees and some with Post Graduate Qualifications. Now we have to jump through the hoops to get a CIV? This is clumsy. surely there is a way to avoid this compliance issue?
