King appointed to PhillipsKPA

Conor King, institutional strategist at Victoria Universit,y is to join PhillipsKPA as a principal consultant. He has been with VU since 2006. Prior to that he was director, policy and analysis, with the Australian Vice-Chancellors’ Committee from 1998 to 2005 and a senior executive with the then federal Department of Human Services and Health from 1995 to 1998. King will work in policy, strategy and institutional management across the education and training sectors. King, who is a regular contributor to Campus Review, will take up his position in February.
