USC VC laments Budget’s efficiency dividend, pleased with loan for new Moreton Bay campus

Professor Greg Hill is the vice-chancellor of the University of the Sunshine Coast. USC has experienced some pain and some gain from the 2017 Federal Budget. Like other VCs, Hill lamented another cut to funding, known in the Federal Government's parlance as an efficiency dividend. He said this will impact USC's ability to offer the well-rounded university education, comprising academia, sports, clubs and social activities.
