AIPE targeted poor, disabled students with false claims: ACCC

The Australian Institute of Professional Education (AIPE) "made false or misleading representations and engaged in unconscionable conduct", including the targeting of socially disadvantaged people and the intellectually disabled, in promoting vocational higher education courses covered by the federal government's troubled VET FEE-HELP program, the ACCC stated in court documents filed on Thursday.
