PPP poker: Victoria raises infinity by 123,000

Having already committed itself to a virtually unlimited number of vocational training places, the Victorian Government will now commit to over 100,000 more under a special deal which will see the Victorian Training Guarantee effectively merged with the federal government’s $2 billion Productivity Places Program (PPP).
