Fair Work bill significance disputed

The Fair Work Bill, introduced into parliament last week by workplace relations minister Julia Gillard, might change universities’ tactics when they square off against the unions. But it won’t overhaul the game, according to the Australian Higher Education Industry Association (AHEIA).
