La Trobe University City takes next step with housing boost
The Victorian government has cleared the path for a major housing development at La Trobe University as part of its effort to increase housing supply.
The Victorian government has removed a long-standing title restriction on two parcels of land at La Trobe University’s Bundoora campus, paving the way for around 2,300 new homes as part of the university’s broader $5 billion University City development.
