133,000 Free TAFE places guaranteed in Victoria
Free TAFE will continue in Victoria until at least 2031, with the state and federal governments targeting critical skills shortages through expanded training access.
The Victorian and federal governments have signed a new five-year Free TAFE agreement worth $470 million, locking in 133,000 fee-free training places from January 2027.
