Silver lining in Senate delay: UA

Universities may have to wait beyond first semester next year before they can start charging the new services and amenities fee, with the enabling legislation still before the Senate. But the peak universities body believes that while the delay will cost universities millions, it may at least give the government time to rationalise the new scheme’s administrative arrangements.
