Canberra now among world’s 20 best student cities

I am not surprised that Canberra is rated above my home town, Brisbane in livability stakes. Brisbane will never rate high in livability (for students or others) until QLD gives up its stubborn opposition to daylight savings in summer. If i were an international student, other things being equal, why would I not go for long, lingering summer evenings fading into darkness around 9:00 PM?
