PhD student sues James Cook for $3m over damage to career and sex drive

Alleging James Cook University is in a “conspiracy” to ruin his career, a PhD Philosophy student is suing the university for $3.125 million in damages and compensation.

  1. Its clear he was never capable of undertaking a PhD making one wonder why he was there in the first place. The comments about sex drive are ridiculous and reflect his simplicity – his dialog reveals he is not PhD material and its no surprise he failed. The university made a mistake awarding him more than 50 k to be quiet – he does not reflect post graduate material and his communication so poor that its difficult to see how he could undertake an arts degree.
