What the Productivity Commission report says about our unis

Here we go again. All of the responsibility placed on teachers. What about the work culture that academics operate within? This would be a leadership responsibility. Maybe the QILT site should publish academic satisfaction / engagement information. What about the students responsibility to make the education outcomes work? Coming to class, being prepared and actively participate in class exercise; interested. Students evaluation of academics are published, why not ask and publish academics evaluation of students?
