5-fold uptick required: UQ researcher challengers WHO activity guidelines

A study by University of Queensland researcher Dr Lennert Veerman has concluded that a 5-fold increase from current World Health Organisation (WHO) exercise recommendations is required to significantly ward off heart disease and stroke; and reduce the chances of breast and bowel cancer.
