  1. It seems to me that, in many of our Universities, the relentless re-structuring and the centralization of power has come along with an increase in the incidence of bullying. This is sometimes enhanced by the “performance indicators” culture.

    If so, to what extent do you think that Women (and perhaps even the majority of Men) are discouraged from seeking senior office, by the prevalence of a bullying culture?
