US falls behind in science, maths graduates

The United States is losing its cutting edge in innovation, an economic survey of the country has claimed. The report by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris says that fissures are appearing in the US economy, in part due to a stagnant tertiary and higher education sector.
