Gong to Gujarat: Illawarra invests in India

The Illawarra region of NSW will soon be at the forefront of Australian education in India, with plans to start training workers in the state of Gujarat. It was announced last week that Illawarra Institute of TAFE and the University of Wollongong have entered into agreements with Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd, the largest independent producer of metallurgical coke in India, to train their current and future workforce.
