Bradley recommends CIT and UC merger

The recommendation was contained in a report commissioned by the ACT government and conducted by Professor Denise Bradley and made public last week. There will now be an eight weeks public consultation process before the ACT government makes a decision. The only certainty is that the status quo will not be maintained.
