CDU appoints leading economics authority as Professor of Governance

One of Australia’s leading experts on regional and indigenous economic development has been appointed to the position of professor of governance at Charles Darwin University. Currently a business lecturer with CDU’s School of Law and Business, Professor Don Fuller has been involved with tertiary education since 1991. He has held professorial positions at the University of Gadjah Mahda in Jogyakarta, Indonesia, as well as positions as head of business economics at Flinders University, Adelaide and head of business and tourism at the Coffs Harbour campus of Southern Cross University. Before he joined the university sector he worked as a senior economic advisor to Northern Territory chief ministers. He will take up his post on 1 October.
