Vic TAFE “full service” funding clarified

TAFEs will receive around 10 per cent extra funding to meet their costs as “full service providers” under Victoria’s revamped VET system, the acting deputy secretary of Skills Victoria revealed last week. Philip Clarke told the Skilling for the Future congress that Victoria’s TAFEs could expect around a tenth more than the funding rate outlined in last August’s ‘Securing jobs for your future’ statement.
