Vexatious litigants: new protection will help unis

New legislation to control vexatious legal proceedings will prove particularly beneficial to universities, according to a leading law firm. NSW is the latest state to introduce provisions against vexatious litigation, following similar moves in Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory, and ahead of a possible legislative change this year in Victoria.
