Prepare for a private explosion

Private higher education will proliferate as a result of the major policy changes stemming from the Bradley review, along with the federal government’s decision to do away with full fee-paying domestic undergraduate places, according to University of Technology Sydney vice-chancellor Professor Ross Milbourne.
