New fellowship for senior indigenous researchers

Innovation minister Kim Carr last week announced the new fellowship for senior indigenous researchers would be available from next January, fulfilling a commitment he made last July. The fellowship will be available to indigenous Australian academics who obtained their PhDs up to eight years ago. It offers up to $400,000 to fund projects of two or three years.
