Implement Bradley basics now – but not vouchers

The government should immediately implement the key Bradley review recommendations to increase funding for teaching, research and student income support, according to the peak university body. While more discussion is needed on fine policy detail, this shouldn’t prevent the government “proceeding with key matters”, Universities Australia says in its response to the Bradley report, presented to education minister Julia Gillard last week.
