Linda Brown appointed DVC (TAFE)
Swinburne University has appointed Linda Brown as deputy vice-chancellor (TAFE). Brown is presently director of Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE (MSIT) in Brisbane. Brown has over 30 years education and business experience in areas such as small business, stockbroking and as CEO of large corporations. She has a degree in public policy and business, a postgraduate qualification in management, a master in education management and is a qualified teacher. She will commence in February.
