VET HR needs to catch up

A great deal is being asked of Australia’s ageing and highly casualised VET workforce. Not only are they expected to deliver a substantial part of the Rudd Government’s “education revolution” – not least the massive Productivity Places Program – but to do so in an increasingly competitive market.
