Personalising the education experience, one tech advance at a time
John Baker is the founder, president and chief executive of D2L (née Desire2Learn), the Canadian learning management system (LMS) provider responsible for the Brightspace brand of educational tools. Last week, on the Gold Coast in Queensland, D2L hosted a regional conference, bringing together: clients and potential clients, such as schools and universities; keynote speakers; and employees – from across Australia and South-east Asia – to discuss how the rapidly evolving technological landscape will change, and presumably improve, the education experience.
