Nicoll named TEQSA chief

As the inaugural chief commissioner of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), Nicoll will lead four other commissioners — also announced last week. Together, they will administer the statutory body’s new powers over some 190 providers, starting January 1.
