Palmer to join the CSHE
Nigel Palmer is moving to the University of Melbourne’s Centre for the Study of Higher Education to take up a position as a research fellow in October. Palmer was national president of the Council of Australian Postgraduate Associations (CAPA) from 2007-09 and more recently was CAPA’s national policy and research advisor. Palmer follows Dr Emmaline Bexley, also ex-CAPA, who joined the CSHE as a research fellow in 2006.
