Senators and sector say ESOS Bill is not ready to pass

The third and likely final Education Services for Overseas Students Amendment (Quality and Integrity) Bill (ESOS Bill) hearing held on Friday saw senators put a harsh line of questioning to government departments about changes to international student rules after hearing universities are not comfortable with the new processes.
