Government’s VET loan caps’ three sizes won’t fit: Norton

The Grattan Institute’s higher education program director, Andrew Norton, expressed concern over the federal government’s cap on vocational student loans announced this week. He said the government's plan simply adapted Labor’s one-size-fits all cap into a "three- sizes-fit-all approach”.
