Cross-border higher education in the spotlight

The many challenges of globalisation and cross-border cooperation for higher education will be explored in a UNESCO-sponsored conference in Kula Lumpur in October. The Observatory on Borderless Higher Education (OBHE) - which began in 2002 as a collaboration between the Association of Commonwealth Universities and Universities UK - provides best practice guidelines on cross-border higher education, and brings together international faculty to conduct scholarly research in various areas of transnational higher education. Its membership currently comprises 180 organisations from 55 countries....
