The University may require staff to work at other locations outside their primary place of work.
The Student Adviser position is a member of the Student Support Group which is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to students in the Faculty of Arts and Education including a broad range of course and enrolment advice to current and prospective students, and to members of the general public.
- Ensure that an efficient, effective and timely customer focused administrative service is offered to students within the Faculty of Arts and Education across all the Campuses.
- Contribute to the successful recruitment of students, enrolment and management of students in the Faculty of Arts and Education through the provision of advice and support on a range of student related matters.
- Be a productive member of the Student Support Group by actively sharing information and supporting colleagues to foster an effective team environment.
