  1. Request a 7 per cent pay increase is really unrealistic; while offering a 2 Per Cent pay increase is also not so reasonable. A 3 to 4 Per Cent pay increase will be more realistic and reasonable.

  2. Let’s hope Sydney get a reasonable deal. If Sydney can’t pull it off, what hope is there for the rest of us?
