One Response to “Mentors help beat discrimination”

  1. Mentors? We all need them. They are people who are respected for their expertise and ability to teach others the skills they possess. In due course, these important people quietly emerge as challengers and encouragers. A dependable mentor soon becomes a trusted confidant with whom to share one’s future hopes, dreams, and aspirations. They adopt the educator role of a gentle taskmaster, a library of knowledge, and a persistent motivator. They are someone on the outside, looking in.
