Opinion: Meeting the changing needs of uni tech networks

The last quarter-century has brought colossal changes in the education experience for Australian university students. In the early 1990s, technology was an adjunct to education; students and teachers used it but it was completely possible to get a university degree without owning a computer, and almost no one had a mobile phone.
