Stocks and flows: innovation means sharing data across boundaries

While in Beijing for the 2016 Australia Week in China, the University of New South Wales announced a new $100 science and technology incubator will be built at the school's Kensington campus. Of this funding, $30 million will come from China's Torch program, comprising contributions from eight constituent companies. The remaining $70 million is expected to be raised from local industry collaborations.
